Acacia Nyssophilla

Small open shrub to about 2-3m. Phyllodes ("leaves")  are cylindrical and ending in a very sharp point. Fruits are bean-like pods twisted in a more or less random fashion holding a number of seeds arranged along the length of the pod. The golden yellow flowers form globular clusters. A good reference to the acacias can be found at World Wide Wattle.
